At DHWATCHMODS, every watch is hand-built and inspected with care before leaving our workshop. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we operate under a strict no-refund policy. Please read the details below for clarity on our terms.

1. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, as each piece is individually crafted to order.

If your item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect (such as a movement or assembly fault), we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence so our team can review and resolve the issue promptly.

2. Customised Products

All DHWATCHMODS watches are custom-built and therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once an order has entered production, it is considered final and binding.

3. Returns for Adjustments

If your watch requires an adjustment (for example, bracelet resizing or minor modifications), we’re happy to assist.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs both to and from our workshop.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Third-Party Work: Any modification or repair performed by a third party will void our service guarantee.

4. Return Process

To arrange a repair or adjustment, please contact us via contact@dhwatchmods.com with your order details and a short description of the issue.
We’ll provide a return address and instructions to ensure safe and efficient handling.

5. Important Notes

  • Manufacturing defects are eligible for repair or replacement only, not refunds.

  • Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or third-party interference is not covered.
