Can I adjust the strap size?
We include a complimentary strap adjustment tool kit with every order, free of charge, to help you size and adjust your bracelet properly at home.
What movements do you use?
We use genuine Seiko automatic movements including the NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70 and NH72, as well as Seiko quartz chronograph movements such as the VK61, VK63 and VK64.
All movements are sourced through our UK distribution arm, DHWATCHMODULE, ensuring authentic Seiko quality and reliability in every build.
Can i remove seiko logo?
Absolutely! Simply add your desired watch to your cart and include a note saying: “No Seiko logo.”
However, please check with us beforehand, as some logos are printed directly onto the dial. In certain cases, removing the Seiko logo would also require removing all other printed text on the dial. We’re happy to confirm what’s possible before you place your order.

Where are your watches assembled?
All of our watches are built and assembled in our private workshop in London, United Kingdom.
Every order is shipped directly from the UK — nothing is dispatched from overseas.
Are you affiliated with Seiko?
No — we are not affiliated with Seiko in any way.
We use genuine Seiko automatic movements for their proven quality and reliability. Each watch is then carefully assembled using custom components, built to order for every individual client.
Are they waterproof?
Our watches are rated at 3 ATM, suitable for light rain and everyday splashes, but not for swimming or diving.
We can upgrade the water resistance at an additional cost for swimming or diving purposes — please get in touch with us before placing your order.
Shipping
What's your shipping times?
We typically require around 7 working days to assemble your watch prior to dispatch. Shipping times vary by location — UK orders can be sent via next-day delivery once completed. Please note that fully customised builds may require an additional 3–5 working days.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes — we ship internationally to over 100 destinations worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, and full shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
Will i need to pay important taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs at checkout.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your watch has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. This allows you to monitor your order as it makes its way to you.
My Order
Where is my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address as soon as your order is placed. Please note that it’s completely normal not to receive any further updates for the next 7 working days while we carefully assemble your watch. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. If you haven’t received your initial confirmation, please check your junk or spam folder. If it’s still missing, contact us via email and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. As many of our watches are custom-built to order, they often enter the assembly process shortly after purchase. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, cancellations or changes are not possible once production has begun.
Can I exchange or return my watch?
We’re unable to offer exchanges, as each watch is individually custom-built to your specifications. Once assembled, it cannot be resold or repurposed for another client. For this reason, all sales are final once production has begun.
