Can I adjust the strap size?
We include a complimentary tool kit (for free) on all orders to help you adjust the strap properly.
What movements do you use?
We use Seiko automatic movements such as the NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70, NH72 and Seiko quartz movements such as the VK61, VK63 & VK64.
Can i remove seiko logo?
Absolutely! Simply add the desired watch to your cart and include a note in the cart section saying: "No Seiko logo". We'll take care of the rest.

We can create your piece 100% custom-made. Just contact us via Email and together we'll explore the possibilities. You'll receive a response within 24 hours.
Where are your watches assembled?
We assemble all our watches in a private workshop in London, United Kingdom, but to reduce wait times for our customers, we may use partner workshops in other cities across the UK.
Are you affiliated with Seiko?
No, under no circumstances.
We use original Seiko automatic movements for their quality and reliability. Each watch is then assembled with custom parts exclusively for each client.
Are they waterproof?
Our watches are rated at 3 ATM water resistance, meaning they’re suitable for everyday exposure such as light rain or accidental splashes. However, they are not recommended for swimming or diving.
Water resistance can be affected by several factors, including an unscrewed crown, sudden impact, or extreme temperature changes.
If you require a higher level of water resistance for swimming or similar activities, please contact us prior to ordering so we can make the necessary adjustments.
Finally, please note that any water resistance markings on the dial are purely decorative and do not reflect the actual technical specifications of the watch.

Shipping
What's your shipping times?
We usually require around 7 working days to assemble your watch before dispatch.
Shipping times then vary depending on your location — domestic UK orders are sent via next-day delivery.
Please note that customised builds may take an additional 3–5 working days to complete.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we offer international shipping to over 100+ destinations. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on destination country.
Will i need to pay important taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your watch has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status of your order as it makes its way to you.
My Order
Where is my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address as soon as your order is placed.
If you haven’t received it within 24 hours, please check your junk or spam folder first, and if it’s still missing, contact us via email so we can verify that there are no issues with your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Many of our watches are custom-built to order and often enter the assembly process immediately after purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations or changes are not viable once production has begun.
Can I exchange or return my watch?
We’re unable to offer exchanges, as each watch is individually custom-built to your specifications. Once assembled, it cannot be resold or repurposed for another customer. For this reason, all sales are final once production begins.
