Shipping Policy

At DHWATCHMODS, every order is hand-assembled with care and precision. We aim to make the entire process — from build to delivery — as smooth and transparent as possible. Please review the details below before placing your order.

1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and selected delivery method.
All applicable shipping fees are clearly displayed before payment is completed.

2. Duties and Import Fees

For international orders, your local customs office may apply import duties, taxes, or handling fees upon delivery.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and remain the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct all related shipping and handling costs from any eligible refund.
If the return cost exceeds the order value or the product is not in resalable condition, no refund will be issued.

By placing an order, you agree to accept responsibility for any customs or import fees that may apply.

3. Processing Time

Each DHWATCHMODS watch is hand-built to order.

We typically require around 7 working days for assembly before dispatch. During busier periods or for fully customised builds, processing may take up to 12 working days. If the 12th working day falls on a Friday, the order will be fulfilled on the next working day (Monday).

Please note that these timeframes are guidelines only. Our Terms of Service take precedence over this shipping policy.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery speed depends on your location and the shipping method chosen:

  • UK Orders:

    • Express Shipping: Next-day delivery after dispatch.

    • Standard Shipping: Typically 3–5 working days after dispatch.

  • International Orders:
    Delivery times vary by region but usually take 5–8 working days once dispatched.
    In rare cases (such as customs delays), delivery may take up to 30 business days.

Please note: delivery estimates begin after your watch has been assembled and shipped.

5. Tracking

All orders include tracking.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its progress in real time.

🏖️ DHWATCHMODS Holiday Closure


Our workshop will be closed from 28th July until 8th August.


To help you plan your order, please note the following:


✅ Orders placed on or before 14th July are guaranteed to be assembled and delivered before our holiday closure on 28th July.


⏳ Orders placed between 15th July and 17th July will be prioritised and may still be delivered before 28th July, however this cannot be guaranteed due to production capacity.


📦 Orders placed from 18th July onwards will enter our production queue and will be assembled and dispatched from 8th August, when our workshop reopens.


By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the above production schedule. Custom-made orders remain non-returnable and non-refundable in accordance with our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.


Disclaimer: The above dates are provided to ensure your order is completed before our holiday closure. This does notmean your watch will take this long to assemble. Our standard build time of 7–10 working days still applies, and where possible, orders may be completed and dispatched sooner.
